Pondering Archetypes

This morning, I was viewing CreateAWorld on You Tube. I am a collaborator on this channel, and today I was able to be a viewer, as I am on my yearly solo reset retreat. Viewing the channel’s conversation about archetypes, I was able to ponder various archetypes that are present in my life right now.

A reference was made to Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet. I began to sift through my love of Winnie The Pooh and all that the characters are as archetypes in my life. I have always loved these characters and their wisdom. I know I am probably most like piglet…wanting to care for others, yet there is a lot of Pooh inside of me. Pooh ponders, then slowly speaks out deep wisdom in short sentences through innocence. I see this as a definite aspect of who I am in life. I do not like to speak unless I have something to offer. I have never been one to be able to speak/argue on the fly or speak easily on any subject. I need time to ponder what is true for this being, and then speak…as I have seen Pooh speak.

In the present time, there has been a quieting in my fields, and a slowing down to really look at where archetypes have been in my field, or where others might be showing up now. For now, I will need to sit with this to look at who these wise aspects are. Most of the aspects/archetypes who did not serve this being in this lifetime have left the building. There is a resetting happening, and a sifting through…mostly in the ethers.

This is a time that has us in a great pause, and in a time to really be with ourselves and all we are to ourSelves. It is time to take a stand on the beauty of all that we are. Pooh and his friends are so prominent in this aspect of being…always there as cheerleaders on behalf of this Self. I have come to really love these quiet, innocent, creative, sometimes stubborn (focused) aspects, and how they each serve this being. I am so grateful to be in a place of great Self Love and Respect after years of working on the inner Self.

This journey really began in 1999 and came to true blossoming in 2012 with a writing practice I learned through The Field of Tantra Maat. Writing The Consciousness Templates, or Creation Exercises has been my journey to Self Love. Through this practice, I have come to really embrace my main principle of my work, “Lighting others paths to Self knowledge”, by lighting my own path, and continuing to light my own path and to work wit h others to light their paths. One place I love to work is in the Language of Consciousness Institute, where we teach others this beautiful inner work writing practice through writing a series of nine Creation Templates.
